According to Milan Public Relations, on Wednesday night, April 28, during a ceremony held at the International Conference Center of Radio and Television, a plaque of appreciation for the “National Conference on Customer Satisfaction with an Approach to National Goods and Services” was presented to Milan by the National Association for Consumer Protection.
This plaque and acknowledgment is based on a review of 17 quality indicators such as compliance with the criteria for determining and announcing the price of goods and services for consumers, compliance with the criteria set by the Consumer Protection Organization, transparency in announcing and inserting goods and services, The prices of the products produced through the website and the media, the development of the dealer services network throughout the country and the creation of a suitable communication network for the customers and having a codified, efficient and executive system of complaints and consumer supervision unit have been assigned to Milan.
Milan Gas, as a leading organization in obtaining customer satisfaction, had previously and for 3 consecutive years succeeded in receiving a statue and a national certificate of compliance with consumer rights.
